Our Beginners Course

Our Teacher was friendly and professional - not stuffy at all - someone I feel we all connected with - definitely not just somebody reading a script - very skilled too.

The course was well structured - You read what you will be doing (referring to the course book) as a group, then you are guided through the steps by the teacher - this is no memory test - and necessary correction is politely given as required.

I really enjoyed the beginners intro and have already signed up for the other 2 week-ends.

Covers a lot of ground - a brilliant introduction to the world of massage!

Hi there, Its been a long time, but I trained and worked at LCM between 1992 and 1995. The LCM got me a great assignment, massaging Michael Flatley straight after his River dance performances at Hammersmith. Anyway, I now live in Australia, and continue to be a Massage Therapist.

I graduated with the foundation practitioner certificate back in 1993. That training was the beginning of a long road towards my ending up as a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist – forever in your debt.

Dear LCM
This is just a quick note to thank you for helping us out with our Challenge Of a Lifetime for This Morning. I’ve been out of the office filming which is why this is the first time I’ve had the opportunity to write to you.

Can I just thank you and everyone who came along, for all your/their help in making our viewers feel so at ease and relaxed on such a stressful and nerve-wracking day for them. I can’t believe how much work the masseurs did: I know that doing a massage takes an awful lot of work but somehow they managed to get through 50 people!

So please pass on my thanks and best wishes to them and apologise for not being able to thank them all properly on the day – rather a manic filming day, to put it mildly.
